Dining room with large pine table, 8 chairs and a sideboard containing games and puzzles. Hall, cloakroom, shower room with bidet and a Twin Bedroom.

Lower level:

Stairs lead down to a large comfortable sitting room with sofas and armchairs, open fire place, 43” LED Smart TV, Hi-Fi and docking speaker. Patio door leads out onto terrace overlooking with sea with outdoor furniture and BBQ area. Family room with sofas plus a wardrobe and hotel standard pull down double bed. Door leads out onto the terrace.

Upstairs:

Stairs lead up to a master bedroom with a King sized bed and 32″ TV/DVD combi and a twin bedroom; both with patio doors to balcony overlooking the sea. Bathroom with shower over bath plus bidet and a large window with sea view.

All of our properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard. We have a strict no smoking and no vaping policy inside the House. Sorry No Pets. On-site Bicycle Shed and Drying Room which provide a lockable storage facility for outdoor clothing and Fishing Rods. Oil central heating. Free Wi-Fi. Comfortably sleeps 6 – 8.
