Rates are based on standard occupancy of up to 4 persons at the Lodges and Seashore Cottage. At Tigh a Chladaich House the standard occupancy rate is based on up to 6 persons staying.
Extra persons are charged an Additional Persons Fee of £70.00 per person / per week in excess of 4 to a maximum of 5 persons at Larger Lodges and Seashore Cottage and in excess of 6 to a maximum of 8 persons at Tigh a Chladaich House.
Towels and linen supplied free of charge.
All properties have a strict no-pets and non-smoking / no vaping policy.
Electricity included in rate at Lodges, Cottages & House.
Apart from the charging of electric / any vehicles which will incur a surcharge.
Electricity & Oil Fee included in rate at Cottages and House.
Travel Cot / High chair - subject to availability which must be requested before arrival.

To confirm rental 30% Non-Refundable Booking Fee to be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours of reservation.
Remainder 70% Non-Refundable Rental Fee due 8 weeks before arrival date by bank transfer
Short breaks at Lodges during low season, minimum 3 nights, prices start from £155.00 per night; subject to availability.
Arrival from 4.00 p.m. onwards. Departure by 10.00 a.m.
One Larger Lodge with 2 Bathrooms - ‘Shelduck’ Seaview Larger 2 Lodge.
Slipway for small boats.
No vehicular access across the grass green.
